This girl is an explorer! She will head off on an adventure and is becoming quite playful. Her foster Mom also calls her Tipp thanks to the mark on her head. Frosty and her three sisters were found in a box near a dumpster at just three weeks old. Thankfully, a kind foster mom stepped up to bottle feed these fur babies. ADOPTED!
