A talking cat?

In the 1960’s there was a TV show about a guy and his talking horse. He called the horse Mr. Ed. This horse LOVED to chat with his owner and give him great advice about life. Mr. Ed the Cat reminds me, his foster mom, of that horse from many years ago. He LOVES to converse and tell me about life on the street.

Mr. Ed was the cool cat in the neighborhood until he realized that living inside was a whole lot more fun than the cold, dark, scary world of coyotes, hawks and vehicles. Luckily he wandered into the feeding station of a Pet Paw-see volunteer and hung up his walking shoes.

Mr. Ed now lives the good life in his foster home but would love to have a permanent furrever home with someone who loves to cuddle and chat. If you would like to meet this very friendly boy, call the Pet Paw-see and ask to talk with Mr. Ed. He will gladly run to the phone in the hopes of wowing his new person with his charming personality.

Mr. Ed is neutered, up to date on his vaccines and Felv /FIV tested. Age is unknown but he appears to be a young guy.

A horse is a horse, of course, of course,
And no one can talk to a horse of course
That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed.

Go right to the source and ask the horse
He’ll give you the answer that you’ll endorse.
He’s always on a steady course.
Talk to Mr. Ed.

Closing Theme:

A horse is a horse, of course, of course,
And no one can talk to a horse of course
That is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mr. Ed.

Go right to the source and ask the horse
He’ll give you the answer that you’ll endorse.
He’s always on a steady course.
Talk to Mr. Ed.

People yakkity yak a streak and waste your time of day
But Mister Ed will never speak unless he has something to say.

A horse is a horse, of course, of course,
And this one’ll talk ’til his voice is hoarse.
You never heard of a talking horse?
